Assistant Resort Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
">The Assistant Manager, Beach Operations has several key responsibilities including:
">- Managing staff, enhancing member satisfaction, and contributing to the club's success through effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication.
- Conducting daily briefings, ensuring accurate team communication, and promoting good public relations.
- Monitoring and managing inventories, expenses, and waste control effectively, and developing and evaluating colleagues for advancement.
- Achieving administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, training policies & other duties directed by the Cluster Manager, F&B Operations.
- Controlling usage of food and beverage items, appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment ensuring the equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.
- Preparing colleague schedules allowing for appropriate service while controlling labour costs and overtime.
