Job Description: Crystal Gallery is a leading provider of exquisite crystal and glassware products known for their quality and craftsmanship. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Target Prospective Clients:
    1. Research and identify potential corporate clients who could benefit from our products and services.
    2. Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
  2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
    1. Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    2. Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  3. Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
    1. Develop a deep understanding of Crystal Gallery's product range and be able to present them effectively.
    2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality and features of our products.
  4. Create Customized Solutions:
    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences.
    2. Propose and customize crystal and glassware solutions to meet their specific needs.
  5. Sales Quotas and Targets:
    1. Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
    2. Continuously assess your sales pipeline to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Negotiate and Close Sales:
    1. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with corporate clients.
    2. Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
  7. Sales Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
    2. Generate regular sales reports to track progress and results.
  8. Stay Informed:
    1. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
    2. Use this knowledge to position Crystal Gallery's products effectively in the market.
  9. Attend Trade Shows and Networking Events:
    1. Represent Crystal Gallery at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven track record in corporate sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Knowledge of crystal and glassware products is a plus.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
