Overview of the Role
The Sales Engineer – Ingersoll Rand Air Tools will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling Ingersoll Rand Pneumatic Tools and AODD Pumps across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the industrial tools market, proactive sales strategies, and the ability to manage customer needs effectively.

What You Will Do

  1. Achieve revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement targets through effective sales management.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing action plans to drive sales growth.
  3. Manage customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery while considering lead times, product specifications, and market demand.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and dealers.
  5. Take full ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  6. Stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to provide expert guidance.

Required Skills to Be Successful

  1. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the industrial equipment sector.
  3. Proven experience in distributor and dealer management.
  4. Strong territory management skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent English communication skills and a solid understanding of similar products.
  6. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to handle urgent sales inquiries and provide technical assistance confidently.

About the Team
You will be part of the Power & Industrial Products Division at FAMCO, working closely with the Sales Manager and a dynamic team to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
