Aurantius is a distinguished German real estate brokerage firm, part of a reputable group of companies. Based in Dubai Marina, we specialize in providing top-tier property solutions while empowering our consultants with the best tools, resources, and market expertise to thrive in Dubai's competitive real estate sector.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor, and elevate a team of five real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals, along with an existing client network that can drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4-5 real estate agents, ensuring optimal performance.
  2. Set and monitor sales targets, providing support to help agents exceed their goals.
  3. Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market insights.
  4. Assist agents in closing deals, handling client objections, and optimizing transactions.
  5. Leverage existing client networks to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, keeping the team updated with insights and strategies.
  7. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and service quality.
  8. Report team performance and sales updates to senior management.
  9. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, with a strong focus on off-plan or secondary sales.
  3. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team.
  4. A track record of successfully closing off-plan and secondary market transactions.
  5. Existing client base with strong industry connections.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. RERA certification (preferred).
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
