
Front Desk Receptionist Spanish Speakers Only

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish to manage our front office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update records using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle calendar management.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and facility management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle front-office operations efficiently.
