Roles and responsibilities

As Insurance Agent, you will beresponsible for Increasing our Insurance Penetration, financepartners and Insurance Brokerage. You will work between the companyand clients to achieve Auto Finance and Insurance targets. Inaddition, you must possess strong communication and negotiationsabilities to increase closing ratio.

You will beworking in a fast paced, high performing team. The individual needsto demonstrate initiative, great attention to detail and have aproven ability to work in a fast paced, high performingteam.

In this role, youwill:

  • Target orientedand strong closer
  • Ensure communicating with allour clients and completing their finance andinsurance
  • Work closely with our banks,insurance brokers and transfer team to ensure success of vehicletransfer
  • Identity and understand ourclient's objections and offersolutions
  • Assist with clients queries andquestions via phone, email or during theviewings
  • Understand the motors market and itsvarious audiences
  • Increase partnerships withBanks and Insurance Brokerage
  • Promote differentrates which satisfy the buyer'sneeds
  • Understand the customers' needsvery well before offering the product
  • Buildrapport and strong relationship with our clients (Sellers andbuyers)
  • Prepare daily reports for Finance andInsurance updates. Number of deals closed.Pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor'sDegree
  • Minimum of 2 years' ofexperience as a Finance Agent in UAE (Preferably inBanks
  • Experience in using CRM software/Apps(Preferred Salesforce)
  • Valid UAEdriver's license and willingness to hit the road to meetnew and existing clients
  • Well-versed incustomer services and training techniques with the ability to learnquickly
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills in English
  • Strong closingskills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, andmanage time effectively &efficiently
  • Highly presentable with aresponsible and professional attitude
  • Strongcustomer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive forsuccess
  • Passion for helpingothers
Desired candidate profile

1. Sales and CustomerAcquisition

  • ProspectingClients: Identify potential clients and cultivaterelationships to acquire new business. This can involve networking,cold calling, attending events, and utilizing digitalplatforms.
  • Selling InsuranceProducts: Present and sell a variety of insuranceproducts, such as life insurance,health insurance, autoinsurance, homeownersinsurance, and businessinsurance.
  • CustomizingInsurance Plans: Understand the client'sneeds and tailor insurance plans to provide optimal coverage. Thismay include offering different levels of coverage or recommendingadd-ons for specific situations (e.g., riders in life insurance orendorsements in auto insurance).

2.Client RelationshipManagement

  • BuildingRelationships: Establish and maintain long-termrelationships with clients by understanding their evolving needsand ensuring they have appropriate coverage overtime.
  • CustomerService: Provide ongoing support to clients,addressing their concerns, answering questions, and guiding themthrough the insurance process (from signing the policy to filingclaims).
  • PolicyRenewals: Keep track of policy renewals and contactclients ahead of time to ensure their coverage is renewed, offeringadditional policies if needed.

3.Advising and EducatingClients

  • InsuranceEducation: Explain the details of various insurancepolicies, including coverage limits, exclusions, premiums, andbenefits, helping clients make informeddecisions.
  • RiskAssessment: Assess clients' needs byreviewing their lifestyle, business, or family circumstances torecommend the most suitable insuranceproducts.
  • ClaimsAssistance: Help clients understand the claimsprocess, provide guidance during claims, and sometimes evenadvocate for them to ensure fairhandling.

4.Administrative and RegulatoryDuties

  • Paperworkand Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork,including application forms, policy documents, and contracts,ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant withregulations.
  • MaintainingRecords: Keep accurate records of clientinformation, transactions, and interactions in accordance withcompany policies and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Compliance:Stay updated with state and federal insurance regulations, ensuringthat the insurance practices adhere to all relevant laws andguidelines.
