We aim to continue building our truly inclusive culture; come and join us.ResponsibilitiesLeading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Analyzing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.Creating and leading advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services. Identifying Multiverse Computing's advantages and positioning Multiverse Computing's products and services as superior to competitive offerings.Coordinating and organizing technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc.Working with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.Required QualificationsEducation: M.Sc./degree in sciences, engineering, or similar.10 years of Business Development experience with a proven track record of success exceeding required sales quota.8 years of Business Development experience in selling engineering/technology applications in the Middle East.Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM, etc.).Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.Native Arabic; excellent English; any other European language is a plus.Travel: up to 50%.Preferred QualificationsCombination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA.Experience in managing cross-functional teams.Perks & BenefitsIndefinite contract.Equal pay is guaranteed.Sales commission structure.Signing bonus.Opportunity to be part of the phantom shares for top performers.Eligibility for the educational budget according to internal policy.Hybrid opportunity.Flexible working hours.Language classes.Working in a high-paced environment on cutting-edge technologies.Career plan; opportunity to learn and teach.Progressive company with a happy people culture.As an equal opportunity employer, Multiverse Computing is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
