  • Support payroll processingensuring accuracy in data submission for payrollcalculations.
  • Coordinate employeeengagement activities and assist with performanceappraisals.
  • Ensure compliance withUAE labor laws and companypolicies.
  • Address employee queriesand escalate complex issues to the HRManager.
2.AdministrativeSupport

  • Maintainoffice supplies and oversee inventorymanagement.
  • Coordinate officemaintenance and liaise with external serviceproviders.
  • Manage travelarrangements meeting schedules events and other logisticalrequirements.
  • Prepare reportsmeeting minutes and presentations asrequired.
  • Act as the point ofcontact for internal and external communication on administrativematters.
  • Ensure the confidentialityof sensitive HR and businessinformation.


Requirements

Qualifications&Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • 4 years of experience in anHR & Administrative supportrole
  • Strong knowledge of UAE laborlaws and HR bestpractices.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HRISsystems.
  • Excellent organizationalmultitasking and communicationskills.
  • Strong attention to detailand the ability to maintainconfidentiality.
  • A proactivesolutiondriven approach with the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
