Responsibilities
  • Manageand organize scheduling of meetings andappointments.
  • Handle incoming andoutgoing correspondence including emails and phonecalls.
  • Prepare and maintaindocuments reports and presentations asneeded.
  • Assist in the organizationof company events andmeetings.
  • Maintain and update officefiling systems to ensure easy access toinformation.
  • Provide support inmaintaining supplies and equipmentinventory.
  • Collaborate with teammembers to streamline office procedures and enhanceefficiency.


Requirements
  • Provenexperience as an administrative assistant or in another relevantadministrative role.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and officemanagement software.
  • Strongorganizational skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability toprioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Demonstratedproblemsolving skills and the ability to workindependently.
  • High school diplomaor equivalent; additional qualification as an administrativeassistant or secretary is aplus.
