Duringthe Detailed engineering phase, the job holder is accountable tosupport the Project controls manager with the following:

  • To perform and control the activitiesof the Project Cost Control function.
  • Toprepare, analyze, evaluate, process and present information anddocumentation relating to the Project budget and cost controlactivities.
  • To control and input thecommitments data means and in particular: Collecting and processall Time sheets, Travel expenses data and documents relating to theteam members and contractors. Register the project invoices in theproject cost control system

Activities

Duringthe Execution phase of the project the job holder is in chargeto:

  • To be responsible forcost related activities for the project (Cost report, PDC, Invoicemanagement...)
  • To prepare Cost Management Planand Procedures
  • To ensure Contractors complianceto Company's Cost Procedures andpolicies
  • To prepare and defend cost relatedactivities to the Authorities and Partners;
  • Toprovide analysis and support to management to facilitatedecision-making;
  • to challenge costs and ensureall effort is made to optimize the value for money and maintainexpenditure within Budget.
  • To participate inthe preparation of estimates and control budgets for all stages ofthe project
  • To review Costs variation and alertProject Management
  • To participate in thepreparation and presentation of subcommitteemeetings
  • To establish the final cost estimateof the Project
  • To monitor and control of theproject expenditures
