We are looking for a Design Managerfor one of the ADNOC Distribution project in AbuDhabi.

QualificationRequired

  • AnEngineering Degree with handfull experience in the major designapplications and softwares.

ExperienceRequired

  • Minimum 20 years of experience inwhich 10 years in Design field.
  • Last 5 yearsshould be in Design Manager position in a Consultancy company or asa Client representative.
  • Full awareness andexperience in authorities' approvals in AbuDhabi.
  • UAE Driving license is amust.
  • Currently should be available inUAE.
  • Experience in the desgin of Petrol stationarchitectural isrequired.

  • Design andTechnicalExpertise

  • In-depthknowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industrystandards in the relevant field (e.g., construction, architecture,manufacturing, etc.).
  • Expertise in design toolsand software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or otherindustry-specific software.
  • Strongunderstanding of materials, construction techniques, structuralintegrity, and other technical aspects ofdesign.

  • ProjectManagement

  • Strongproject management skills, including the ability to develop andmanage design schedules, budgets, andresources.
  • Experience with project managementtools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar) to trackprogress and manage milestones.
  • Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities andensuring deadlines aremet.

  • Leadership and TeamManagement

  • Excellentleadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate,mentor, and manage a team of designers andengineers.
  • Strong communication skills tofacilitate collaboration within the design team and with otherdepartments or stakeholders.
  • Ability to conductdesign reviews and give constructive feedback to improve designquality.
