TheLIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTokLIVE. From content strategy monetization gifting LIVE features dataanalysis creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space forall of our LIVE users.

We are looking forpassionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team andsupport in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities
1. Build andmaintain longterm relationship with MCN and agencies be responsiblefor the training and management of the agencies; Onboard MCNagencies and organizations to provide Talents for livestreamingsection.
2. Allocate the corresponding operation supportand motivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamersand build a variety of content categories;
3. Participatein drafting and revising the policies of agency management providereasonable reference and suggestions.
Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or above.Minimum 2 years of working experience related to Livestreamingvideosharing social media or gaming platform streaming platforms.
2. Relevant working experience or network withinfluencers celebrities or livestreaming platforms.
3.Professional patient communication skills with agencies.
4. Resultoriented good capacity for pressure.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Deep passionfor TikTok mobile entertainment social media and popularculture.
  • Experience in the livestreamingindustry and understanding of latest livestreamingtrends.
  • Exceptional persuasion skills andlogical thinking top level English speaking andcomposition.
