TheLIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTokLIVE. From content strategy monetization gifting LIVE features dataanalysis creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space forall of our LIVE users.

We are looking forpassionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team andsupport in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities
1. Build andmaintain longterm relationships with MCNs and agencies overseeingthe training support and management of these partners. Onboard newMCNs agencies and organizations to provide talents for thelivestreaming section.
2. Lead the incubation andonboarding of new agencies ensuring they are effectively integratedinto the TikTok Live ecosystem and understand the platformsoperational requirements.
3. Allocate operation supportto agencies and guide them to source highquality live streamersfostering the creation of a diverse range of content categoriesacross the platform.
4. Develop and execute strategiesfor business development including achieving set targets for agencygrowth and talent acquisition.
5. Organize and conductworkshops and training sessions for agencies aimed at driving newopportunities and expanding TikTok Lives agency network.
6. Collaborate with agencies to craft and revise agencymanagement policies providing actionable insights andrecommendations to improve operational efficiency.
7.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics providing reports tointernal stakeholders and adjusting strategies to meet businessgoals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience related to livestreaming videosharing social media orgaming platform streaming.
2. Proven experience inonboarding nurturing and developing relationships with new agenciesas well as managing agency partnerships.
3. Experience inbusiness development including achieving targets and driving thegrowth of strategic partnerships.
4. Demonstrated abilityto conduct workshops and training sessions to educate and onboardagencies generate new opportunities and maximize partnerengagement.
5. Professional and patient communicationskills with a focus on agency relationship management and theability to resolve issues proactively.
6. Strongresultoriented mindset with excellent capacity for handlingpressure and meeting performance objectives.
7. Abilityto travel and visit key customers or partners as needed to buildrelationships manage accounts and ensure business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Deeppassion for TikTok Live mobile entertainment social media andcreative talent.
2. Extensive experience within thelivestreaming industry and a solid understanding of currentlivestreaming trends and innovations.
3. Exceptionalcommunication presentation and negotiation skills to effectivelymanage relationships with agencies and partners.
4.Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly preferred:Arabic Chinese or French to effectively collaborate with ArabicChinese and Frenchspeaking agencies.
5. Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data and make informeddecisions to drive agency growth.
