ABOUTTHE ROLE

The jobholder is responsibleto answer calls in a professional efficient and courteous mannercreating a positive first impression of DHL transfer calls to theright extensions and take messages for the employees not available.The jobholder is also Meet DHL Customers/Guests upon arrival anddirect them to appropriatelocations

YOURTASKS

  • Meet and greetcustomers/guests upon arrival and check in guests or direct them toappropriate locations.
  • Ensure that thetelephones is answered in a timely and professional manner as perDHL standards and calls transferred to appropriate department/staff to project a professional image to both internal and externalcustomers at all times.
  • Provides a high levelof customer service and professionalism considering that all DHLcustomers have an express requirement and are looking for instantand immediate action.
  • Follow customers serviceprocedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the ISOprocedures and safe working practices.
  • Maintainthorough knowledge of all departments and DHL network in order toalways supply correct and accurate information to customersinternal and external.
  • Assist with anyadministration request or reports asrequested.
  • Support and cover the incentivecoordinator in his absence
  • Support in NPA FirstCalls to have the customer experience on DHLService
  • Support in answering call center callsif needed
  • Assist the service point walkincustomers if needed
  • Provide ContinuousImprovement initiative and suggestion to improve Receptionprocess
YOUR PROFILE
  • Soundseducational background with knowledge of the Service industry anadvantage
  • Excellent English communicationskills with knowledge of Arabic is an addedadvantage
  • Typing speed of minimum 30 words aminute Passion for delighting customers
  • Shouldbe self motivated and able to work underpressure
  • Good relationship building andinterpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MSoffice packages
  • TeamPlayer
