Join AECOM's 2024 Graduate Program as a Graduate Talent Management Coordinator (UAE National) and coordinate talent management initiatives and Emiratisation programs to support our organization's growth and development objectives.

* Coordinate orientation programs for new graduates
* Learn about designing and implementing tailored development plans for graduate hires
* Monitor and assess graduate talent progress
* Develop and implement Emiratisation programs in alignment with organizational goals
* Collaborate with local educational institutions
* Maintain accurate records of graduate talent and Emiratisation initiatives
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration/Management from an accredited university
* Recent graduate (2024, 2023, 2022)
* Minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent)
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

Recruitment Timeline:
