ResponsibilitiesFollow all relevant Rewards policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed efficiently and in a timely manner.Collect and analyze data for the periodic audit of different countries and companies to ensure that all compensation practices comply with group policy.Conduct frequent audits on the organization's salary structure and benefits provision and provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group's salary practices.Analyze statistical data and reports and generate summaries for the CHRO.Coordinate with Regional HR Managers to ensure data and information accuracy.Develop appropriate tools to facilitate data storage and transfer (Excel files).Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group's alignment with market trends.Participate in the development of the job evaluation scheme.Conduct job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and perceived as such.Consolidate the Performance Appraisal financial results for Management.Champion coordination with other Specialists in the HR Team.Participate in relevant projects and community activities as needed.What You'll Need To SucceedA Master's degree in Analytics or a similar field.A minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in rewards consulting.Strong analytical skills.Expertise in Rewards Function, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools - Power BI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
