As a BusinessDevelopment Executive youll be the driving force behind our salesefforts responsible for identifying new prospects nurturingrelationships and closing deals. From conducting market research todelivering captivating presentations youll play a pivotal role inexpanding our client base and driving revenuegrowth.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Proactivelyseek out new sales opportunities through a variety of channelsincluding cold calling networking and socialmedia.
  • Conduct indepth market research toidentify potential clients and assess theirneeds.
  • Cultivate positive relationships withclients listening attentively to their requirements and providingtailored solutions.
  • Arrange and conduct clientmeetings showcasing the value proposition of Future Groups servicesthrough compelling presentations.
  • Negotiate andfinalize deals ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing anyconcerns or objections along the way.
  • Stayabreast of industry trends and competitor activities identifyingopportunities for service improvement andinnovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internalteams to gather feedback share insights and drive continuousimprovement.
  • Maintain regular reporting andreview processes to track sales performance and progress towardstargets.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent toFluent English skills with a flair for communication andpersuasion.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B salesexperience.
  • Must be based in AbuDhabi.
  • Previous experience in the localizationindustry is a definite plus but not arequirement.
  • Outspoken personality with anatural ability to engage and connect withothers.
  • Strong presentation skills with theability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compellingmanner.
