We are seeking an experienced Arabic Sales Professional Abu Dhabi to join our team at Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
About the RoleThis role requires a proven track record in sales, preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 2 – 5 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive client experience and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outsourcing industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 2 – 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
