Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will beresponsible for driving incremental Spare Parts sales with currentcustomers and developing new customers within the assigned area.This involves on-site visits, prospecting, quoting/asking forbusiness, successfully closing the sale, and customer follow-up.You will bring value-added solutions through relationship buildingand technical knowledge.
Whatyou will do:
- Achieve Parts sales and profitabilitytargets and deliver the business plan by selling Aftermarketproducts to the customers
- Handle customerinquiries and communications, ensuring excellent customerexperience, resolving customer complaints, and implementing methodsto exceed customer expectations
- Updatecustomers, search the market for new customers and parts salesshops
- Analyze and manage parts businesspotential and penetration to the assignedcustomers
- Gather and report back marketintelligence in the area of Aftermarket, propose new parts rangesto be added to the existing offerings
- Ensurethat customer's monthly overdues are not more than theagreed target
Required skills to besuccessful:
- Demonstrated customer service skillsand the ability to develop strong businessrelationships
- Strong sales skills including theability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts, strongnegotiation and closing skills
- Commercialattitude and understanding
- Negotiation skillsand business-minded
- Able to deal professionallywith customer middle and senior management andoperators/technicians
- Skilled at self-planningand time management
- Presentable and able topromote the company
- Strong computer skillsincluding good working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice
- Good communicator in English; Arabic isan advantage
About theteam:
You will be part of adynamic team within the FAMCO department, reporting to the PartsManager.

- ADegree or Diploma or equivalent Technicalqualification
- A strong technical knowledge ofearthmoving machines, with a minimum of 5 years Parts and/orworkshop experience
- Excellent communication andinter-personal skills
- Self-motivated andcustomer-focused nature
- Must maintain a highstandard of ethics and integrity

- ProductKnowledge: In-depth understanding of the products orservices being offered, including features, benefits, and how theycompare to competitors.
- SalesTechniques: Familiarity with various salesstrategies, such as consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling,and closingtechniques.
- Customer-CentricApproach: Focusing on understanding thecustomer's needs and offering personalized recommendationsthat solve their problems or fulfill theirdesires.
