Alex Vito Rami and Justin each bring awealth of experience in engineering product development andbusiness strategy creating a platform that makes influencercampaigns accessible and effective for brands of allsizes.
Right now were looking for an innovativehighly experienced Senior Social Media MarketingLead to take our social media presence to the nextlevel. This role is instrumental in building a robuststrategy for both our B2B and B2C (creatorfocused) audiences onInstagram TikTok Snap X and LinkedIn with a primary focus onInstagram.
As the SMM Lead youllbuild and execute a content strategy that appeals to bothbusinesses and creators drawing in companies interested in ourplatform and creators eager to join our community. Youll beresponsible for increasing our audience engagement establishing apowerful brand presence and driving creators to subscribe andbusinesses to engage. This is a highimpact role wellsuited for anexpert SMM strategist who is also ready to roll up their sleevesandexecute.
Responsibilities:
Strategicplanning & execution: develop and execute acomprehensive social media strategy tailored to attract both B2Band B2C (where C Creator not Customer)audiences.
Platformmastery: focus on Instagram while leveraging TikTokSnap X and LinkedIn for growth and engagement. Understandplatformspecific algorithms design best practices andtrends.
Contentcreation & design: craft visually compellingcontent with a deep understanding of design psychology. Hookviewers with strong visuals and script the perfect first threeseconds to ensureengagement.
Creativecollaboration: identify and work with freelancerscontractors and UGC creators. Leverage our platform to find andmanage creators who can produce engagingcontent.
Performanceanalysis: monitor KPIs to track growth engagementand conversions iterating on strategies to boost results and drivesustainable audiencegrowth.
Budgetmanagement: oversee budgets for content creationboosting and partnerships ensuring efficient use of resources formaximumimpact.
Requirements:
Minimum5 years of experience in social media strategy andexecution with a proven track record of growing B2B and B2C brandsin competitive digitalspaces.
Expertisein content creation especially for visually drivenplatforms like Instagram. Knowledge of design psychology scriptingand effective hooks for highengagement.
Stronggrasp of social media algorithms especiallyInstagram.
Skilledin working with agencies freelancers and contractorsto produce highquality content without a directteam. Experience managing and allocating a contentbudget.
ExceptionalEnglish skills required; familiarity with Arabic isaplus.
Willingto experiment with a high volume of daily content todrive audience growth with a datadriven approach to refine andoptimize.
Notnecessary but will be a greatplus:
Previousexperience or a clear understanding of audience behavior in GCC andMENA markets.
Previousexperience with highgrowth startups or scaling social mediapresence for techcompanies.
Proficiency withArabic.
