Sales Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our businessgrowth in the Interiors sector within the UAE and the wider GCCregion.
The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in sales and will play acrucial
role in generating leads, managing clientrelationships, and securing major design
projects& working directly with brands, and drivingorganizational growth through strategic salesinitiatives.
Experience:
Minimumof 6 to 8 years of Sales &Marketing experience in the UAEexclusively in
Interior Design / InteriorManufacturing and Fit out Industry with proven recordin
closing fitout projects in various sectorssuch as commercial, residential, retailand
hospitality, F&B.
Proven experience in networkingwithin the Retail, hospitality,residential,
commercial and interiordesign/architecture community in Dubai or otherUAE
regions.
Skills:
Strongsales and negotiation skills.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
Ability to develop and maintainrelationships with clients andpartners.
Strategic thinking and problem-solvingskills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Management,Commerce
Valid UAE DrivingLicense.

Marketing
- CampaignDevelopment: Assist in the development, execution,and monitoring of marketing campaigns to promote products orservices through various channels, such as social media, email,print, and events.
- MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identifycustomer needs, competitors, and trends in the industry. Use thisdata to develop targeted marketingstrategies.
- BrandPromotion: Work on building and maintaining a strongbrand presence through strategic advertising, public relations, andsocial media engagement.
- ContentCreation: Collaborate with the content team todevelop marketing materials such as brochures, websites,presentations, and social mediaposts.
- DigitalMarketing: Manage digital marketing effortsincluding SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search EngineMarketing), email campaigns, and social media marketing to increaseonline presence.
- EventManagement: Coordinate and participate in events,trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and generate newleads.
Coordination&Collaboration
- Collaborationwith Teams: Work closely with the sales team,marketing team, and product development teams to ensure alignmenton goals, messaging, andstrategies.
- Reporting andAnalysis: Prepare regular reports on salesperformance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Use data toanalyze and refine sales and marketingstrategies.
- ClientFeedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to theproduct or service development teams to improve offerings based oncustomer needs.
