As an international wealth manager, they primarily work with ultra high net worth private individuals and institutional clients and specialize in offering a full range of structured product services.

We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management Associate (Russian Speaking), this position will be responsible in providing support to Relationship Managers (RMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and client services support to RMs.
  • Liaison between clients and the relevant Teams to execute client instructions.
  • Respond promptly and responsibly to all client enquiries and/or requests and follow through to make sure the client’s request is executed.
  • Ensure error free & timely execution of client’s instructions and orders.
  • Monitor clients’ transactions and activities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure full adherence to company policies including Account Maintenance, Compliance, AML, etc.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
  • Act as a backup to team members.
  • Maintain clients file.
  • Comply at all times with applicable regulatory rules and obligations and any other relevant regulatory body/ authority.
