Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to partner with one of our top advisors who already has a substantial amount of assets under management (AUM). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take their career to the next level and contribute to the success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the advisor to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the advisor in making informed investment decisions.
- Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.
- Assist in the development and training of junior professionals and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a wealth management or financial planning firm.
- Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum level 4 qualified.
