About the role

BLR WORLD is hiring an Account Manager to oversee MuseumEducators staffing services for the Zayed National Museum (ZNM).This role ensures outstanding educational and interpretativevisitor experiences while maintaining a collaborative relationshipwith ZNM management. The Account Manager will be based in the UAEand serve as the primary liaison between BLR WORLD and theDepartment of Culture and Tourism (DCT) meeting regularly with theInterpretation Unit leadership team.

KeyResponsibilities

Manage and Coordinate Museum EducatorsStaffing Services:

• Oversee a team of 24 Museum Educatorsresponsible for delivering tours workshops and live interpretationacross museum spaces.
• Ensure Museum Educatorsengage diverse audiences including the general public students fromschools and universities..
• Manage shifts androsters to cover all opening hours up to 365 days ayear.

• Staffing requirements pershift:

Museum EducatorTraining Manager (1 per shift)

Museum Educator(10 per shift) UAE Nationals required.

• Recruitment expected in Q2 2025 with astarting date of June2025.

• Museum opening hours:10am to 8pm 7 days a week (Public); schools arrive at9am.

• Public Tours: 10:30am3pm 4pm 7:30pm

• School Tours& Workshops: 9am12pm

• Public Workshops: 2pm7:30pm

Client RelationshipManagement:

• Act as themain point of contact for ZNM and DCT ensuringsatisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings with theInterpretation Unit Head to review operations andimprovements.
• Maintain proactive communicationwith ZNM management to address challenges.

Account Management andReporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely payrolldata submission.

• Provide reports onstaffing performance attendance visitor feedback and operationaloutcomes.
• Report daily weekly monthly andannually on staff performance andsatisfaction.
• Conduct weekly onsite meetings atZNM for the first 3 months; frequency may reducethereafter.
• Work closely with the BLR WORLDteam to exceed ZNMs museum educationexpectations.

StaffDevelopment

• Oversee Museum Educators performanceand professional growth.

• Collaboratewith the Training Manager to assess and address trainingneeds.

• Foster a professional inclusiveand engaging team culture.

Performance Monitoring and QualityAssurance:

• Establishand evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for MuseumEducators.

• Implement continuousimprovements based on visitor feedback and operationaldata.

Compliance &Administration:

• Ensureoperations comply with ZNM policies safety standards and culturalsensitivities.
• Maintain accurate records ofstaffing schedules training and performanceevaluations.
• Compiling reports for the clientand internally on a weekly monthly and quarterlybasis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Museum Studies EducationBusiness Management Hospitality or a relatedfield.
• Experience in account management projectmanagement museum education or cultural programoperations.
• Experience working in the UAE orfamiliarity with local culturalpractices.

• Proficiency in English andArabic are essential
