Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce development. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and workforce development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement.
