- Monitor and analyze key performancemetrics to identify improvement areas and implement enhancementstrategies.
- Cultivate relationships withguests, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance therestaurant's reputation andvisibility
- Foster a culture of teamwork,collaboration, and continuous improvement among the restaurantcolleagues.
- Train, evaluate, and schedule allcolleagues per the applicable standards, and policies and as perthe overall business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience working ina luxury hotel environment. Middle East experience is anadvantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of F&Bexperience within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Ahotel pre-opening experience is anadvantage.
- Proficiency in hotel managementsoftware; prior experience with PSMS is anadvantage.
- With a Senior High School Diploma orequivalent. An advantage is a vocational Diploma in Hospitalityand/or a Bachelor's degree in hospitality/Hotel/BusinessManagement.
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withguests, colleagues, and stakeholders at alllevels.
- Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritizein a fast-paced environment.
