Asa Tapster youwill:
- Leadthe design implementation and optimization of internal processesacross various departments to ensure smooth operations andscalability.
- Develop and standardize workflowsto improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance customersatisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams (Product Engineering Sales and Customer Support) to ensureoperational needs align with businessgoals.
- Oversee and manage integrations withexternal vendors such as email and SMS service providers CRMsystems and other thirdparty solutions used in the operations andcustomer experience process.
- Work closely withtechnical teams and vendors to ensure that integrations areseamless uptodate and meet the operational requirements of thebusiness.
- Ensure that vendor systems andservices are optimized monitored for performance and aligned withour payment processing systems.
- Continuouslymonitor and analyze key performance metrics identifyingopportunities for process improvements andautomation.
- Lead initiatives to streamlineworkflows reduce manual intervention and enhance systemperformance.
- Identify operational risks andimplement mitigation strategies to ensure consistent servicedelivery.
Whatyou will bring to theparty:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Engineering Information Technology or a relatedfield (Masters preferred).
- 5 years ofexperience in operations management ideally within fintech paymentsor a related technologydriven industry.
- Provenexperience with payment gateways payment processing systems andAPIs.
- Strong technical understanding of paymenttechnologies and integration tools.
- Experiencemanaging thirdparty integrations (email/SMS platforms CRMs cloudservices etc.) in a highvolume operationalenvironment.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools(e.g. SQL Excel Tableau) to track and report on key operationalmetrics.
- Familiarity with project managementtools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) and process mapping tools (e.g.Lucidchart).
- Experience implementing automationsolutions to streamline workflows and reduce manualprocesses.
- Knowledge of AIdriven tools andtechnologies that can enhance operational efficiency (e.g. chatbotspredictive analytics machine learning fordecisionmaking).
- Ability to drive initiativesto adopt AIdriven automation in payment processing customer serviceand other operational areas.
- Strongproblemsolving and analytical abilities with a keen eye foridentifying inefficiencies and optimizingprocesses.
- Experience designing and improvingoperational workflows and a track record of successful processimplementation.
- Ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in afastpacedenvironment.
