KeyResponsibilities:

  • Identifynegotiate and secure tenants for shortterm retail spaces events andpromotions within theproperty
  • Maximizeoccupancy rates by strategically placing shortterm retail andevents to boost propertyrevenue
  • Activelyengage with local and regional vendors entrepreneurs and startupsto explore shortterm leasingopportunities
  • Createand implement marketing strategies to attract new shortterm retailtenants
  • Preparereview and oversee shortterm lease agreements andproposals
  • Ensureall lease agreements adhere to property policies and regulatoryrequirements

Requirements
  • ABachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estateor a related field is required
  • Minimumof 3 years of experience in specialty leasing retail or propertymanagement
  • Priorexperience in kiosk or cart leasing is highlypreferred
  • Strongnegotiation and communication skills areessential
  • Proficiencyin Arabic ismandatory
