Director Of LearningKey Responsibilities

Driveinnovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliverexceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Blend dataanalytics with regular student engagement to continuously optimizeour learning ecosystem, as measured by AP exam performance and MAPassessment growth.

BasicRequirements

  • Master's degree or higher inEducational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics,Instructional Design, or a relatedfield
  • Leadership experience in education orEdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies inan educational or professionalcontext
  • Demonstrated thought leadership ineducation (e.g., conference presentations, published articles, blogposts, social media following)
  • Experiencedesigning and implementing AI systems for tasks such as contentgeneration, data analysis, or adaptivelearning
  • Strong understanding of learningscience principles and data-driven educationalapproaches
  • Proven ability to communicatecomplex educational and technical concepts to diverseaudiences
  • Experience leading cross-functionalteams and managing complex projects

Working withCrossover

This is a full-time(40 hours per week), long-term position. The position isimmediately available and requires entering into an independentcontractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level forthis role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/yearassuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The paymentperiod is weekly.
