Key jobresponsibilities
- This roleinvolves executing high-quality events while driving processimprovements and efficiency gains across operational teams. Thefocus is on inventing and simplifying processes to reduce effortand enhance performance.
- The Program Managerfollows the "Plan – Execute – Manage– Monitor" framework:
Plan: Conceptualize and align onevent constructs, set goals with key stakeholders (e.g., category,marketing, finance, operations), and finalize the eventplaybook.
Execute: Ensure teams adhere to theplaybook, manage deviations, track milestones, and co-ownautomation of daily event reports anddashboards.
Manage: Resolve issues, addressconflicts, and support experimentationplans.
Monitor: Lead event related meeting,address action items from standups, and escalate red flags ordeviations in event metrics.
- The role requires extensivecollaboration with cross-functional teams, including SeniorLeadership, Marketing, Category, Deals, Finance, Operations,Customer Service, Prime, Tech, and Program teams. This ensuresalignment, timely milestone closures, and the successful deliveryof events.
BasicQualifications
- 5+ years of program or projectmanagement experience
- 5+ years of working crossfunctionally with tech and non-tech teamsexperience
- 5+ years of driving end to enddelivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipexperience
- 3+ years of defining andimplementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsexperience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables,VLookUps) at an advanced level andSQL

Event Planning andCoordination:
- Plan,organize, and execute all logistics for events, ensuring alignmentwith the objectives of the organization orclient.

Budgetand FinancialOversight:
- Prepareevent budgets and monitor spending to ensure that costs stay withinthe allocated budget.

Vendorand VenueManagement:
- Source,negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors such ascaterers, photographers, entertainers, anddecorators.

LogisticalCoordination:
- Coordinatetransportation, accommodations, and technical setups (e.g., AVequipment, staging) for events.

MarketingandPromotion:
- Collaboratewith marketing teams to promote events through various channels,including social media, email marketing, and traditionaladvertising.

TeamLeadership andSupervision:
- Manage andlead a team of event coordinators, volunteers, or staff, delegatingtasks and ensuring they are completedefficiently.
