Were seeking a strategic and resultsdrivenCampaign Managerto lead marketing initiatives in the MENA region aswe scale our SaaS business. This role will focus on building andexecuting campaigns that drive demand generation pipeline growthand revenue targets particularly in the UAE and SaudiArabia.

As a CampaignManager you will collaborate acrossregional and global teams partnering with Sales Product MarketingBrand Digital Marketing and Operations to craft datadrivenimpactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative analyticalthinker who thrives in a fastpaced SaaS environment and has aproven track record of executing integrated marketing strategies toachieve measurable outcomes.

This role reports tothe Sr. Director Integrated MarketingMENA and is based in our Dubaioffice.

What youlldo:

  • Drivethe planning budgeting and execution of endtoend integratedmarketing campaigns across multiple channels ensuring alignmentwith businessobjectives.

  • Own the pipelinegoals including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Sales QualifiedLeads (SQLs) and revenue metrics for both new customer acquisitionand crosssell/upsellopportunities.

  • Analyzecampaign performance measure ROI and identify datadrivenopportunities foroptimization.

  • Collaborateclosely with Sales to align on campaign messaging develop salesplays and drive shared revenueoutcomes.

  • Lead enablementefforts to ensure outbound campaigns effectively support salesobjectives andopportunities.

  • Leverageanalytics tools to measure performance and implement strategies toimprove engagement response rates andconversions.

  • Partner withProduct Marketing to define gotomarket strategies messaging andsegmentation for theregion.

Whatwere lookingfor:

  • Minimum4 years of experience in a SaaS or B2B demand generation role witha proven track record of driving measurableresults.

  • Experience planningand managing ABM campaigns leveraging marketing automation CRM andanalytics tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Salesforce GoogleAnalytics).

  • Expertise inrunning multichannel campaigns including digital advertising emailmarketing andevents.

  • Proficient in usingdata and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and informstrategy.

  • Exceptionalcollaboration and communication skills with experience workingacross sales and marketingteams.

  • Highly organized anddetailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afastpacedenvironment.

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a related field; comparable workexperience will also beconsidered.

    • Familiaritywith the SaaS buying process and the MENA businesslandscape.

    • Experience indeveloping campaigns for highgrowth markets particularly UAE andSaudi Arabia.

    • Strongknowledge of ABM tools andframeworks.
