What youll bedoing
The Brand & CreativeOperations Manager is responsible for overseeing the contentdepartment day to day running and finding efficiencies and creatingprocesses that can manage the teams workflow more effectively. Theywill be the most senior point person between commercial BrandPartnerships (multibrand and concessions) and content creationmanaging the endtoend production process from pitch to publishingimplementing efficiencies in processes developing optimising andoverseeing the Level content calendar. They have full ownership ofthe content budget and tracking system (with visibility on socialand studio spending) and mentor a team of writers (MarketingCopywriter x1 and Product Copywriters x2). They act as the tone ofvoice guardian of EN language developing and managing company styleguides across all digital platforms and instore experiences andliaise with Marketing & Communications on the treatment ofall written customerfacingcollateral.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Workalongside the Creative Director to manage brand partnershipsworkflow and resource capacity to improve processes targeting aspecific audience and meeting companyobjectives.
- Work closelywith Brand Partnerships team to ensure the content created andproposed aligns with Levels point of view and the workflow andtimelines aremanageable.
- Acting as themain point of contact for the brands from the initiation toexecution of the contentpartnership.
- Contribute tothe brands content and customer experience providing copy that isengaging innovative and in touch with the customermindset.
- Own and overseethe Content Budget balancing against social and studio budgetshared spends.
- Own andoversee the content calendar readjusting processes where necessaryand overseeing its preplanning development and execution with thesupport from the other creativeleads.
- Overseeing theworkflow of content writers and creativecollaborators.
- Maintainand monitor all copy used across website CRM and PR and marketingmaterial ensuring it is captivating and in line with the Level toneof voice and brandpositioning.
- Assimilateinsights from creative meetings product kickoffs andcrossfunctional planning meetings to provide efficient practicalfuture ways of working crossfunctionally.
