- Maintain the guest wake up call sheetand deliver calls accordingly on time and to the establishedstandard.
- Ensure the proper operation of theswitchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring ofinternal and external calls
- Take messages forguests and management as per the requiredstandard
- Ensure all external and internal callsare answered as laid out in the procedure and ensure efficientconnection with the correct person.
- Be aware atall times of the whereabouts of the managers and where to contactthem.
- Monitor the logs of long distance calls,faxes and messages.
- Co-ordinate communicationwithin the hotel in the event of anemergency.
- Be fully aware of the Rixelence forthe day
- Proper grooming at alltimes
- Attend training classes as perschedule
- Show fullest cooperation and respectwithin the team and other departments
- Is awareof the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotelfacilities
Qualifications
Diplomaor degree in vocational hospitality, fresher or 1-year experiencein 4-5 star hotel.
