  • Responsible for sales and results forthe business processes within the segment and the full countryorganization, determining and/or proposing and negotiatingcustomer/project conditions within the companyrules.

Organization

  • Be a strategic leader and build astrong connection inside Country Sales Organization and Eaton forensuring proper setup and synergies for sales, opportunites andproject management.
  • Be the driver for buildinga structure and gain the leadership of a new team to be stablishedin 5 years with 5-10 people.
Desired candidate profile
  • Engineering bachelor degree, electricalengineering preferred.
  • Experience in sales andbusiness development or customer facing strategic / technical rolein the energy infrastructure industry; knowledge of Utilities andRenewable market is a preferred element.
  • Solidknowledge of the Energy/Power Distribution products and solutionsuch as medium voltage, transformers, Low Voltage and EnergyStorage technology
