Cluster Director of Marketing related dutiesand responsibilities for Anantara Dubai The Palm Dubai Resort underthe general guidance and supervision of the Regional DOMResponsible in achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectiveslocally and internationally through promotional activities. Assiststhe RDOM in the development of the marketing and advertising plansin accordance to the budget.  Responsible for thecoordination and management of the creative brand and media buyingagencies for the assigned hotel. This includes the production ofthe property collateral sales material and all online and offlinepromotional material. Responsible for planning directingcontrolling coordination participating and evaluating in allpromotions activities for food & beverage and otheroperational departments. To protect and manage the correct imageand positioning of the property and brand by meeting corporatestandards. To increase targeted market communication both domesticand international through effective and frequent use of databasedevelopment of joint partnership agreements and maximizing theAnantara Dubai resort programs.

SOCIALMEDIA:

  • DevelopingStrategic Campaigns: Design and implement innovativemultichannel social media campaigns aligned with each hotels uniquebrand identity and revenue goals leveraging insights from analyticsto drive audience engagement bookings and brandloyalty.
  • Content Strategy andPartnerships: Oversee the creation of highimpactstorydriven content and collaborate with influencers creators andstrategic partners to amplify brand visibility and extend thehotels digitalreach.

PR

  • PRPlan Development: Create and execute comprehensivePR plans tailored to each propertys unique objectives focusing onenhancing brand perception market presence and guest acquisitionthrough strategic storytelling and targeted mediaoutreach.
  • Strategic MediaRelations: Build and nurture strong relationshipswith toptier media outlets travel editors and journalists to secureimpactful coverage ensuring alignment with the hotels positioningand targetmarkets.

  • Deep understanding on allthings Digital: SEM social mobile programmatic andalike
  • Innovation and ideas and working as partof a team are essential
  • A leader to grow guideand set an example of the team
  • Willing to learnquickly and adapt to the exciting challenges in working acrossdifferent brands
  • Good professional judgementand confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholdersand different parties
  • Proficient inEnglish

Education:

  • Master/Degreeholder in Media Advertising/ Communications or relevantsubjects

Experience:

  • Over8 years of related experience with 3 years in Managerial grade orabove atleast
