Theopportunity:

We are looking for acreative new colleague to strengthen the Growth Marketing Team inour Dubai office. Superb organizational skills and an eye fordetail are a must for this position. You will gain experienceworking on different types of events; collaborating withcrossfunctional teams and actively contribute to the growth of thecompany.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will beresponsible for:

  • Organizing each eventfrom conception to planning through execution andpostmortem
  • Selecting the right 3rd partyvendors to supply the services required for eachevent
  • Working with external vendors to designthe structure of the booth and all other designs needed for eachevent (digital and/or physical)
  • Regularly andeffectively communicating the progress of each project to therelevant stakeholders
  • Briefing each team memberabout your expectations and their responsibilities for eachevent
  • Producing the copy for the marketingcollaterals in collaboration with the relevantstakeholders
  • Booking the logistics for eachevent (flights hotels catering etc.)
  • Managingthe budget for each event (forecastactuals)

Qualifications:

Our idealField Marketing Manager willhave:

  • 3 years ofexperience organizing events (both online andoffline)
  • A bachelor in Marketing CommunicationsAdvertising Business Management or PublicRelations
  • Project Management certificationsfrom recognized organizations
  • Excellentorganizational skills
  • The ability to work andcommunicate effectively with individuals at all levels bothinternally and externally
  • Highly detailorientedand able to prioritize tasks while meetingdeadlines
  • A creative mindset with the abilityto think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to eachevent
  • Proactive attitude towards newinitiatives and a desire to test out newideas
  • Knowledge of Project Management bestpractices
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).Any other language will be considered anasset
