Loyalty and Retention Specialist

As the Head of Loyalty, you will work closelywith various teams to direct, manage, and develop all aspects ofthe sales campaign lifecycle. This includes creating exhibition andsponsorship sales strategies, managing pipelines, analysing churn,managing agents, and maintaining key account relationships. Youwill also be responsible for the revenue management of the budget,including forecasting, report writing, business development of newsectors, and identification of new revenue streams.
- Create and implement a global salesstrategy in coordination with the sales and marketingteams.
- Take ownership of overall revenue salestargets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with across-section of stakeholders with a consultativeapproach.
- Oversee and manage pipeline; fromlead generation to sales conclusion.
- Identify,validate, and implement new sector opportunities across theexhibition to ensure it remainsrelevant.
- Undertake continuous analysis of allrevenue channels and identify new channels and sources of revenuegeneration.
