KeyResponsibilities

Office Managers essentially ensure the smoothrunning of an office daytoday basis and may manage a team ofadministrative or support staff. The person will organize andcoordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensureorganizational effectiveness efficiency and safety. The person willbe responsible for developing intraoffice communication protocolsstreamlining administrative procedures inventory control officestaff supervision and taskdelegation.

Energetic professional who doesnt mind wearingmultiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range ofadministrative and executive support related tasks and able to workindependently with little or no supervision. Well organizedflexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting anoffice of diversepeople.

Youre a good fit if youhave

4 years minimum experience OfficeAdministration.

Excellent computer skills including a highdegree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
