Job Purpose

Tohandle parts sales to workshop counter sales and manage warehouseefficiently.

JobResponsibilities
  • HandlesParts sales to workshop & countercustomers.
  • Maintains a prospecting system toensure additional business and contribute to the achievement ofsales targets.
  • Raise invoices / sales slips /obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the salesdeal.
  • Advise management of loss sales / partsnonavailability for management to take appropriateaction.
  • Achieving salestargets.
  • Handle return spare parts as perpolicy.
  • Generate orders and upload on OEMportals based on parts movement to ensure parts availabilityrequired to maintain maximum servicelevel.
  • Analyze the exception reports oncritical stocks lost sales excess stocks etc. and take correctiveaction where necessary to improve parts availability and minimizestock obsolescence.
  • Control freight costs andMinimize emergency orders to ensureprofitability.
  • Create article master data asand when required to ensure correct data on thesystem.
  • Oversees upkeep of warehouse andmaintenance
  • Track shipments and coordinate withlogistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received ontime.
  • Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers incase of nonavailability to ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Ensure the documentation /payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays inshipment.
  • Ensures regulatory requirements arein line for the warehousefacility.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferably withan automobilebackground

Experience
24 years sales experience in automobile industry
Highlycustomer oriented & teamplayer

Knowledge &Skills

  • Knowledge of Arabicwould be added advantage
  • Strong ComputerSkills
  • Should be familiar with the Spare Partsbusiness. Should be Presentable
