  • Maintain all files and trace system inthe engineering office in a neat and orderlymanner
  • To follow up daily on enterprise systemupdates (i.e. Transcendent, GXP, Oasys), and assure fullcompliance
  • Post important announcements,information and message on the Bulletinboard
  • Generate GXP daily report and Update GSSscore board daily
  • Update the HLP recordsdaily
  • Pest control reportupdate
  • Update monthly departmental Trainingreport
  • Prepare monthly departmental meetingpresentation & agenda. Distribute meeting minutesaccordingly
  • Responsible to ensure follow up andclosure of pending asset Green stickers
  • PrepareLocal expense reports, Technician Training Manuals &Certificates
  • Update departmental OrganizationChart
  • Report any serious maintenance problems,unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to themanager
  • Prepare and review written documents(e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), includingproofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy andcompleteness
  • Keep office equipment in workingorder and contact service representatives to correct problems withoffice equipment, including following-up to ensure problem iscorrected.
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic workenvironment & Performing related duties and specialprojects as assigned.
  • Ensuring all associateshave the proper supplies, equipment anduniforms.
  • Establishes and maintains open,collaborative relationships withassociates.
  • Ensures that regular on-goingcommunication occurs with associates in order to create awarenessof business objectives, communicate expectations and recognizeperformance.
