Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
- Proficiency in restaurant managementsoftware and financial managementtools
- Experience in menu planning pricingstrategies and inventory control
- Strongproblemsolving and conflict resolutionabilities
- Food SafetyCertification
- Knowledge of UAE food safetyregulations and labor laws
- Familiarity withMiddle Eastern and internationalcuisines
- Ability to work flexible hoursincluding evenings weekends andholidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge otherlanguages (Russian or German) is aplus
