Human Resource Assistant

KeyResponsibilities:PayrollManagement:
- Processpayroll for all employees accurately and ontime.
- Ensure compliance with local labor lawsand tax regulations.
- Handle payroll-relatedinquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparepayroll reports and maintain payrollrecords.
Accounting:
- Maintainaccurate financial records, including accounts payable andreceivable.
- Prepare monthly financialstatements and reports.
- Reconcile bankstatements and manage cash flow.
- Assist inbudget preparation and financialplanning.
HumanResourcesSupport:
- Manageemployee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant withcompany policies.
- Support employee onboardingand orientation programs.
- Handle employeerelations issues and assist in performance managementprocesses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or relatedfield.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience inpayroll and accounting.
- Proficiency inaccounting software and payroll systems.
- Strongunderstanding of UAE labor laws and financialregulations.
- Excellent organizational andtime-management skills.
- Strong communicationand interpersonalskills.
