Talabat is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inflow of revenue for the company, ensuring timely tracking, processing, and collection of outstanding invoices.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Match invoices with purchase orders/booking orders and receiving documents to verify billing accuracy.
  3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
  5. Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, including contact information and payment terms.
  7. Produce monthly financial reports and distribute regular accounts receivable aging and collection activity reports.
  8. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries.
  9. Manage invoice tracking, collections, credit control, documentation, and filing.
  10. Assist with month-end close by preparing account reconciliations and providing necessary supporting documentation.
  11. Provide analysis and insights to improve receivables management processes.
  12. Record and apply payments received from customers accurately and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent reporting experience.
  • Monthly SOA reconciliation skills.
  • Organization and bookkeeping expertise.
  • Strong supplier communication skills.
  • Able to resolve disputes and queries with internal and external stakeholders.
