1. CampaignCreation andStrategy
- AdStrategy Development: Develop targeted advertisingstrategies that align with the company's marketingobjectives, customer segments, andbudget.
- PlatformSelection: Determine which advertising platforms(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) bestfit the campaign goals, whether for lead generation, brandawareness, or salesconversions.
- Ad Copy and CreativeBriefing: Write compelling ad copy, design creativebriefs, and collaborate with design or creative teams to developengaging visuals for ads.
- BudgetAllocation: Manage ad budgets, ensuring that fundsare allocated efficiently across different platforms and campaignsto maximize results.
2.Campaign Execution andOptimization
- AdPlacement: Set up and launch campaigns on digital adplatforms, ensuring that ads are targeted to the right audiencebased on demographics, behaviors, interests, andlocation.
- A/BTesting: Implement A/B tests to compare different advariations (copy, creative, targeting, etc.) and identify the mosteffective combinations for achieving desiredoutcomes.
- BidManagement: Optimize bids and budget settings tomaintain an efficient cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-impression(CPM) and ensure the campaign meets performancegoals.
- AdMonitoring: Regularly monitor the performance ofactive campaigns, ensuring ads are running smoothly and addressingany issues like underperforming ads or technicalproblems.
3. PerformanceAnalysis andReporting
- DataAnalysis: Analyze campaign data and metrics such asCTR (click-through rate), conversion rates, ROI, CPC, CPM, andcustomer acquisition costs(CAC).
- Reporting:Create and present reports that summarize campaign performance, keyinsights, and recommendations for future campaigns. Use datavisualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Excel toconvey resultseffectively.
- ActionableInsights: Identify trends and patterns in adperformance and provide actionable insights for optimization orstrategy changes.
- CompetitorAnalysis: Keep track of competitor ad strategies,analyzing their approaches to understand how the company canimprove its own ad performance.
4.Audience Targeting andSegmentation
- TargetAudience Development: Define and refine audiencesegments based on demographic data, interests, behaviors, and pastinteractions with thebrand.
- Retargeting:Implement retargeting campaigns to reach people who have interactedwith the brand in the past, such as website visitors, emailsubscribers, or pastcustomers.
- LookalikeAudiences: Use lookalike audience targeting to findnew users who resemble high-value customers orleads.
5. Platform andToolProficiency
- AdPlatforms: Expertise in major ad platforms such asGoogle Ads, Facebook AdsManager, Instagram Ads,LinkedIn Ads, TwitterAds, Snapchat Ads, andothers.
- AnalyticsTools: Proficiency in analytics tools likeGoogle Analytics,Facebook Insights,Google Tag Manager, andplatform-specific analytics tools to track and analyze adperformance.
- ConversionTracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking tomeasure specific goals (e.g., form submissions, product purchases)driven by the ad campaigns.
- AdTech: Familiarity with advertising technologies andtools like Programmatic Advertising,Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs),Marketing Automation Tools, andA/B TestingSoftware.
6.Continuous Learning andAdaptation
- IndustryTrends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends,algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising. Thisincludes keeping an eye on emerging platforms, new ad formats, andchanges in advertising policies on majorplatforms.
- Ad Regulations andCompliance: Ensure compliance with platformadvertising policies and legal requirements, such as data privacylaws (GDPR, CCPA) and industry-specificregulations.

- DataAnalysis: Strong ability to interpret and analyzedata from ad campaigns, drawing insights and making recommendationsto improve performance.
- Attentionto Detail: A keen eye for detail, particularly whensetting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring that allaspects of the campaign areoptimized.
- Problem-Solving:The ability to troubleshoot underperforming ads, identify thecause, and implement changes to improveresults.

- PaidMedia Expertise: Deep understanding of paid mediastrategies, including PPC(Pay-Per-Click), CPC,CPM, and CPA(Cost-Per-Acquisition)models.
- SEO &SEM: Knowledge of how paid advertising integrateswith broader Search Engine Optimization(SEO) and Search Engine Marketing(SEM)efforts.
- ConversionOptimization: Ability to optimize landing pages, adcreatives, and funnels for better conversionrates.
3. CreativeSkills
- Copywriting:Ability to write compelling ad copy that resonates with targetaudiences and promptsaction.
- CreativeCollaboration: Ability to work closely with creativeteams to develop eye-catching and effective ad creatives (images,videos, and graphics).
- VisualDesign: Familiarity with basic design principles ortools like Canva orAdobe Photoshop can be helpful forcreating or editing ad creatives.
