Paid Ads Specialist

with

agency-side experience

to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to further their career in a fast-paced and creative environment.Role Overview:As a

Paid Ads Specialist , you will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You will work closely with account managers, creatives, and strategists to deliver outstanding results for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in running paid campaigns on the agency side, demonstrating a proven track record of driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored paid media strategies that align with clients business goals.Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring cost-effective ad spend while maximizing ROI and achieving KPIs.A/B Testing:

Implement and analyze A/B tests to refine ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare detailed reports for clients, tracking campaign performance, KPIs, and budget allocation. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Trend Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams (content, creative, design) to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the brand and have cohesive messaging.Client Communication:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and performance insights.Qualifications & Skills:Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ads, ideally on the

agency side , working with a variety of clients across industries.Platform Expertise:

Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Certifications:

Google Ads certification and Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred).Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Creativity:

A good sense of creativity, particularly in developing ad copy and visual elements that resonate with target audiences.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.Language Skills:
