This role will focus primarily on marketingactivities within Informas flagship aerospace event Dubai Airshow.You will be responsible for creating and executing exhibitorvisitor and delegate marketing plans that deliver tangible resultsworking closely with sales production and other teams to deliver onset objectives.  

MainTasks &Responsibilities

  • Workclosely with the project team to create implement & measuremarketing programmes for the features at DubaiAirshow
  • Working closely with the DigitalMarketing team to analyse and optimise the digital campaigns (emailsocial digital etc.) to drive attendance and revenue in line withevent objectives.
  • Collaborate with the salesteam in the creation of targeted messaging collateral and campaignsto enhance prospecting and drive exhibitor and sponsorshipconversion
  • Partner with supporting teams suchas Digital Data and Design to develop innovative and optimisedcampaigns while adhering to bestpractices andpolicies.
  • Negotiate and execute contra dealswith relevant associations and publications focusing on buildinglongterm partnerships.
  • Manage key supplierrelationships including registration suppliers andagencies.
  • Compile and analyse campaigns alongwith post event analysis and other reports asrequired.

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Minimum2 years experience in event marketing.
  • Fluentin English and preferably inArabic.
  • Demonstrated skills knowledge andexperience in successful execution of marketingstrategies.
  • Experience in developing andmanaging digital and print campaigns marketing materials websitesand social media content.
  • Working experience ofdatabase management & development includingsegmentation/advanced targeting.
  • Workingknowledge of digital marketing to include online advertising SEOand social.
  • Shares information collaborates andis comfortable participating as a part of ateam.
  • Comfortable working in a pressurisedenvironment.

Desirable

  • B2Bevent marketing experience and/orknowledge.
  • Educated to University degreestandard or equivalent.
  • Formalbusiness/marketing higher educationqualification.
