    Ensurethe services are up to the requiredstandard.
    Smooth check in /check out procedures.
    Hoteltour as per list.
    Checkhotel situation occupancy functions groups andVIPs.
    Co operation withhotels Departments Housekeeping Engineering F&Betc.
    Attend trainingclasses as per schedule
   Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team andother departments 
   Is aware of the daily activities and has productknowledge of all the hotelfacilities

Main Duties andResponsibilities:

   Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocationamenities and special requests ofGuests.
    Register andprocess check in for all arrivals.
   Update and check guest information into the computerafter a complete check in.
   Accountable for cashiering duties foreign exchangetransactions night audits tasks and settlement upon Guestsdeparture.
    Handles walk incounter reservation at all times and process call in reservationwhen room reservations section isclosed.
    Provide friendlysmooth courteous service to guest and respond promptly to allrequests and inquiries at all time.
   Resolve guests complaints / requests and liaise with thedepartment concerned to ensure immediately followup.
    Handle issuance ofguest room key cards and ensure effective control for guestsecurity.
    Check and conveymessage to Guests.
    Assistat the Information counter Foreign Exchange Night Audit and theBusiness center as and when assigned.
   Check the Paymaster Accounts and give proper feedback toAssistant Front Office Manager and Front OfficeManager. 
    Reviewlog book verify outstanding and follow up pending. Identify if anyspecial assignment for the day.
   Check Hotel situation occupancy functions groupsVIPs.
    File daily receptionreport and documents systematically.
   At the end of the shift or the day he has to communicateall information that the next shift has to know for a well runningof the operations.

General /Miscellaneous

    Coordination and information with the Front Office HousekeepingF&B and especially with Duty/Night Manager and Front OfficeManager regarding VIPs. 
   To effectively handle all guest complaints concerning theFront Office in co ordination with Duty Manager Night ManagerAssistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager takingcorrective action to prevent recurrence and convert the guest intoa repeat customer. Co ordinate proper actions with otherdepartments if necessary.
   He / she is familiar with all related companydocumentation and especially with the relevant OperationalStandards Manual for his / her field ofresponsibility.
    Otherduties asassigned.
 

Qualifications:

University Degree in HotelManagement and/or Minimum 2 years in a similarrole.
