DutiesandResponsibilities:
CoEManagement:
- Constructalign and integrate talent management capability development andperformance system infrastructures that establish competitiveadvantage.
- Oversee L&D through a broadrange of fit for purpose strategies that clearly demonstrateincreased individual team and business capabilities andperformance.
PerformanceManagement:
- Establishand maintain bestinclass performance frameworks and systems thatdrive behaviors of a performance culture.
- Leadthe performance management process across all entities ensuringuniversal commitment to highquality practices across the groupwhilst generating valued datareporting.
- Support conversations on commissionsbonuses and increments by providing accurate and objective employeeperformance data that identifies high potential differentiates andrewards criticaltalent.
AssessmentFrameworks:
- Broadsubject matter expertise in competency frameworks and assessmentmethodologies that identify and growcapabilities.
- Development of predictiveanalytic databases and benchmarks that support succession retentionand development decisionmaking. Integrate into recruitmentpractices to maintainstandards.
SuccessionPlanning:
- Develop andimplement succession frameworks policies and SOPs. Lead the processfocusing on leadership competency development and risk mitigationwhile addressing key talent gaps with senior leadership.Significant contribution to Nationalization aspirations andgoals.
