Description

TheMarketing and Communication Senior Manager is responsible formanaging the universitys marketing and communication strategyoversees the execution of HBMSU marketing campaigns and activitiesand managing relationships with media and other external partnersfor networking andoutreach.

Main roles&responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall HBMSU marketing and communicationstrategy.
    • Develop and lead HBMSUs projects establishing plans timelinesdeliverables and KPIs.
      • Manage HBMSUs presence across all media channels including publicrelations and social media.
        • Manage relationships with media and other external partners fornetworking and outreach.
          • Oversee the execution of HBMSU marketing campaigns activities andinitiatives to promote HBMSUs products or services.
            • Manage the sections budget and resources.
              • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using datadriven insightsto optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
                • Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the successfulimplementation of strategic marketing plans.
                  • Establish online marketing goals to penetrate new local andinternational smart learning and education markets.
                    • Maintain customer database and approve the use of internal andexternal mailing lists.
                      • Leads and mentors team members setting performance goals andproviding feedback and support.
                        • Support HBMSU revenue generation activities through creating andenabling an environment that facilitates and enhances all itsprocesses as applicable.
                          • Adhere to internal and local information security and relevanthealth and safety laws regulations policies and procedures.

Requiredqualification &skills

ProfessionalExperience:

Minimum of 6 yearsprofessional experience in a similar or relatedfield/position.

Education& AcademicQualifications:

Bachelors degree inMarketing/ Management/ BA from an accreditedUniversity.

KnowledgeSkills &Abilities:

  • Experience in managing budgets analyzing data and reporting oncampaign performance.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement brand marketing strategiesand new strategies and procedures.
      • Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging industryrequirements and practices in marketing expertise.
        • Knowledge of strategic communications and marketing conceptsprinciples methodology and techniques.
          • Strong ability to multitask with resultsoriented mindset.
            • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
            • Creative thinker andproactive resourceful problemsolving skills.
              • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure adaptingto constantly change priorities in a fastpaced environment.
                • Highly effective project management prioritization multitasking andtime management skills.
                  • Proficiency in PC skills.
                    • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
