Senior Executive – Marketing and Communications – Dubai Holding Asset Management

About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage, develop, and execute marketing strategies across branding, design, and creative domains for both our commercial business units and internal DHAM departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving business objectives by delivering integrated marketing solutions that drive value in both the short and long term.

An opportunity has arisen for Senior Executive to join Marketing and Communications. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Marketing Activities and Supplier Management

1. Provide support to the Head of Marketing Branding & Services in executing all marketing activities and initiatives and ensure timely execution.
2. Deliver first class marketing activity with a range of suppliers including our in-house design team or external creative suppliers, ensuring that creative ideation and content generation is on brand, fresh, and innovative.
3. Manage all marketing requests from different marketing managers and relevant internal departments in line with company guidelines to ensure that all collaterals meet corporate standards and the creative calibre required.
4. Manage all logistics and creative for corporate events and ensure successful implementation.

Budgeting & Reporting

1. Ensure that all marketing projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget, and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables and resources required to complete the project.
2. Support in the preparation of reports and presentations on marketing initiatives to provide management with reliable information for review and decision making.

Relationship Management and Continuous Improvement

1. Support shared services (i.e. Procurement, legal, IT, finance, HR) with their marketing requests and maintain a cordial and good working relationship with them.
2. Work closely with the different departments essential for the success of all marketing activities to ensure day-to-day processes are met and deliverables are timely as per briefs.
3. Ensure the brands are supported with all needs related to marketing including but not limited to design, content, production.
4. Provide timely and quick responses when feasible to the internal departments.
5. Support in developing all brand content and support events/marketing team when needed.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners, and suppliers.
7. Understand and adopt international best practices to develop branding, creatives, advertising policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
8. Receive lease proposals from the Leasing team and external agents and review all supporting documents attached with the proposal.
9. Ensure all documents are scanned and uploaded in the shared drive and Yardi.
10. Liaise with the Leasing Team for any missing documentation or discrepancies in the Lease Proposal.
11. Ensure that the terms & conditions in the signed proposal are in accordance with the approved TSC approval.

About you:

1. UAE National
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Advertising / Media
3. 2-4 years' work experience in the field of marketing, advertising, events, product marketing, or brand management.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred but not compulsory).
5. High level of computer literacy.
6. Multitasking and highly organized, able to deliver projects to deadline.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
